2. How We Begin: The Deep Clean Baseline

To ensure our high standards of quality, all of our recurring schedules begin with an initial Deep Cleaning.

This first visit allows our meticulous team to eliminate any accumulated dust or grease, resetting your space to a flawless baseline. Once your home is perfectly primed, we transition smoothly into your chosen routine maintenance price and schedule.

3. Our Secret: The Rotation System

To keep your entire home in pristine condition without charging you for a deep clean every time, we use a specialized Rotation System.

While every routine visit covers the complete Standard Cleaning checklist (all floors, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned), we rotate an intensive focus on one specific area each time:

• Visit 1 (Kitchen Detail Focus): Along with the standard clean, we hand-wash all cabinet faces, deep clean the splashback, and meticulously detail major appliance exteriors.

• Visit 2 (Bathrooms Detail Focus): We spend extra, detailed time deep-scrubbing shower tiles, grout, and glass doors to eliminate any soap scum or water spots.

• Visit 3 (Living & Common Areas Focus): We meticulously clean all baseboards, doors, door frames, and reachable light fixtures/fans by hand.

• Visit 4 (Bedrooms Detail Focus): We thoroughly dust and polish all furniture structures, legs, and trim, reaching the areas that accumulate hidden dust.

This system ensures that every single corner of your home receives a detailed, intensive clean on a regular basis, maintaining an effortless and healthy glow all year round.

Please Note: While our rotation system ensures every standard corner of your home receives detailed attention, our recurring rates do not include specialty add-on services.
