Customer Guidelines

We’re committed to providing a high-quality, reliable, and stress-free cleaning experience. Please review the following guidelines before your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

To help our team work efficiently and safely, we kindly ask that you:

• Provide access instructions at least 24 hours before service
• Secure pets during the appointment
• Clear excessive clutter from surfaces and floors
• Store fragile, valuable, or sentimental items safely before service

Arrival Window

Our team operates within a 60-minute arrival window to account for traffic, weather, and schedule variability. If unexpected delays occur, we will keep you informed.

Payments

To confirm your appointment:

• New and one-time clients require a 50% deposit at booking
• Remaining balances are due before service begins
• Recurring clients must submit payment at least 24 hours before service

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Zelle
• Venmo
• Cash
• Credit & Debit Cards (4% processing fee applies)
• Checks

Check Payments

For security and verification purposes, clients paying by check must submit full payment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows time for the payment to fully clear and be verified before service is performed.

Appointments paid by check are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if payment cannot be confirmed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change.

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes
• Late cancellations may be subject to fees
• Same-day cancellations or no-access appointments may be charged the full service amount

Add-on Services

Additional detailing services are available upon request, including:

• Inside oven cleaning
• Inside refrigerator cleaning
• Interior cabinet cleaning
• Interior windows & tracks
• Laundry folding and dishwashing

Please request add-ons before your appointment to ensure enough time is scheduled.

Service Limitations

For safety and insurance reasons, we do not provide:

• Heavy lifting or moving large furniture
• Mold remediation or hazardous waste cleanup
• Pest or animal waste cleanup
• Exterior window cleaning
• Cleaning in unsafe or inaccessible areas

Home Conditions & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring the home is safe and accessible at the time of service.

Running water, electricity, and safe access to all service areas must be available. Excessive buildup, active construction, or unsafe conditions may require additional time, adjusted pricing, or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If something was missed within the agreed scope of service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly make it right with a re-clean of the affected area.
