What’s Included?

A clean workplace makes a strong first impression and keeps your team healthy and productive. Our commercial cleaning service covers everything your space needs, on a schedule that fits your business.

  • Workspaces & Desks: Dust and wipe down desks, tables, shelves, and reachable surfaces. Clean around computers and electronics without moving your work or papers.

  • Restroom Sanitization: Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters. Polish mirrors and fixtures, and refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towels from your provided supplies.

  • Break Room & Kitchen: Wipe down counters, tables, and sinks. Clean the outside of the refrigerator, microwave, and appliances, and the inside of the microwave.

  • High-Touch Disinfecting: Sanitize door handles, light switches, railings, phones, and other frequently touched areas to help reduce the spread of germs.

  • Dusting & Surface Care: Dust window sills, baseboards, picture frames, and reachable vents. Remove visible cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

  • Complete Floor Care: Vacuum all carpets and rugs, and mop all hard floors, including entryways, hallways, and common areas.

  • Trash & Final Walkthrough: Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and take garbage to the outdoor bins. Perform a final check to make sure everything looks its best.

Please Note (Not Included by Default): Exterior window cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor waxing or stripping, and post-construction cleanup are not included in our standard commercial rate. Cleaning supplies for restrooms (soap, paper products) are provided by the business.
