What’s Included?

Our Move In / Move Out service is an intensive package designed to restore empty spaces to pristine condition. To offer you the best value and flexibility, we now provide a comprehensive base package with the option to customize your clean with specific add-ons (perfect for those who prefer to handle certain areas themselves!).

What’s Included in the Base Package:

  • Bathrooms Detailing: Deep scrubbing of shower tiles, grout, bathtubs, and glass doors to eliminate soap scum. Sanitize toilets entirely (including the base) and polish all fixtures.

  • Baseboards & Moldings: Meticulous hand-washing of all baseboards, doors, door frames, and door knobs throughout the house.

  • Fixtures & Vents: Thorough dusting and wiping of ceiling fans, light fixtures, switch plates, outlets, and air vents.

  • Complete Floor Care: Intensive vacuuming of all carpets (including edges and corners) and a detailed mop/scrub of all hard floors.

  • Trash & Final Details: Emptying any remaining small trash and doing a final sweep to ensure not a single trace of dust or debris is left behind.

Customize Your Clean (Available Add-ons):

Want a completely hands-off experience? You can easily add any of these deeper interior services to your package for an additional fee:

  • Inside Cabinets & Drawers: Detailed cleaning and sanitization of the inside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, shelves, and drawers. (The outside is always included in our base dusting!)

  • Inside Kitchen Appliances: Complete interior cleaning, degreasing, and sanitization of the oven, refrigerator, freezer, or dishwasher. (Microwave is included in the base!)

  • Interior Window Glass & Blinds: Spotless cleaning of all interior window glass, window sills, and detailed hand-dusting of blinds.

Please Note (Not Included): Exterior window glass cleaning, trash hauling, and moving heavy furniture left behind are not included in this package.
