What’s Included?

Short-term rentals require a specialized hospitality approach. Our turnover service covers everything needed to prepare your property for the next arrival, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and perfect presentation.

  • Kitchen Hospitality: Sanitize all countertops, sinks, and backsplashes. Clean the microwave inside and out. Wipe down the exterior of the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Empty the toaster and coffee maker, ensuring they are fresh for the next guest.

  • Bathroom Sanitization: Intensive scrubbing and sanitizing of showers, bathtubs, sinks, and toilets. Polish all chrome fixtures and glass mirrors until streak-free.

  • Beds & Linens Staging: Strip used bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, replacing them with a fresh, clean set provided by the host. Neatly fold and hang fresh towels in the bathrooms.

  • Dusting & Surface Care: Thorough dusting of all accessible surfaces, tables, nightstands, and electronic setups. Removal of visible cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

  • Complete Floor Care: Detailed vacuuming of all carpets, rugs, and under easily accessible furniture. Thorough mopping of all hard floors to remove any footprints or stains.

  • Staging & Restocking: Neatly arrange decorative pillows, staging the property to look exactly like its listing photos. Restock guest essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) from your provided supply closet.

  • Trash & Final Walkthrough: Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and carry garbage to the main outdoor bins. Perform a final visual check to ensure the space is flawless.

Please Note (Not Included by Default): Exterior window glass cleaning, heavy trash hauling, and laundry services are not covered in our standard turnover rate. Our team requires a backup set of clean linens on-site to complete the staging efficiently.
